We will work with props to support your practice: You will need; comfortable loose clothing, a journal, mat, physioball, blocks, strap, chair, bolster, blankets, water, and open space to dance.
The classes are on a private zoom platform.
You receive a recording after each session for you to keep and practice on your own time.
Before we start, I invite you to a 15 minute
1:1 zoom call to tailor the classes to meet your needs.
Some yoga and movement experience necessary
Once you sign up, you will receive a welcome email with your zoom link
You will be added to a messenger group chat for reminders and to receive reading and image resources for the practice.
