As the ice melts and spring waters flow, we will dive into a somatic, experiential embodied practice of stillness, expressive moving meditation, ceremony, and dance medicine. A transformative movement arts journey with a gentle restorative yoga flow to ground, centre, strengthen, balance, and align body, mind, heart and soul vision. Metaphors for planting new seeds and deepening connection for a conscious unfolding of your path. Infused with creativity: poetry, yoga philosophy, Goddess Mythology, mindfulness and journalling in sacred space.

Learn the ancient art of Thai Yoga bodywork in Metta
( the practice of mindfulness in loving kindness)
In this workshop you will learn:
simple hands on techniques-yoga assists to create space in body - mind. Gentle stretching, and pressure to sooth tired muscles, low back pain, for tension, stress relief and spiritual well-being.
Partner with a family member, a loved one, a friend, or as a couple!
Thai yoga hands -on assists is also a great resource for wellness, yoga teachers and health practitioners.
An introductory practice that can be easily applied at home.
Floor based - wear comfortable clothing.

In this lab for women - Shakti is the divine feminine life force, a creative energy pulsing within, earth-centred, spiritual and cosmic-connecting us to all levels of our being.
Ecstatic dance, a branch of conscious, intentional free form dancing - is a moving meditation that follows a wave of nuanced -spiritual, upbeat, to energizing world music and electro-techno fusions.

Participants ages 18+ and every body is welcome. Movement experience is a prerequisite. Must be able to go up and down stairs, move from the floor to standing and back to the floor. No dance or yoga experience is necessary, beginners welcome. Contact us for any inquiries.
