Creatrix / Creatress is a female artist, priestess, activist, divine feminine: she holds sacred space while guiding in a down to earth approach. Irèni is a subtle energy worker - weaving soulful, spiritual healing modalities and artistry, to guide you through a transformative practice towards the best version of yourself.
Soma/ Somatic comes from a word meaning "body" in Greek ; somatic means "of the body." An experiential intuitive practice tuning to the "as is body principal " our inner anatomy, cellular, breath, bone and muscle: a movement inquiry to release, strengthen and attune to flexibility from the inside out while moving at your own pace and creative exploration. Irèni guides you into a sustainable - longevity movement practice for creative well-being!
In this four-part movement process, we will dive into a hybrid embodiment practice to clear the mind and body - reset the nervous system and repatterning techniques opening spaces for the creative muse to renew and revitalize.

We are very excited to offer our programs at the beautiful, welcoming and healing energy of The ReAlign Wellness Centre in the heart of downtown Peterborough!
Women ages 18+ and every BODY is welcome. We are proud of our clientele that gathers a multigenerational group of women from young adults, professionals, moms and active independant retirement. Movement experience is a prerequisite. Must be able to move from the floor to standing and back to the floor.
We want to acknowledge that we work on the Treaty 20 Michi Saagiig territory and in the traditional territory of the Michi Saagiig and Chippewa Nations, collectively known as the Williams Treaties First Nations, including Curve Lake, Hiawatha, Alderville, Scugog Island, Rama, Beausoleil, and Georgina Island First Nations.
