By observing patterns and movements, Irèni combines anatomical referencing, somatics, sound vibration, and energy work to bring awareness to old holding habits and places where tension is held and guides a gentle process of letting go and renewal.

"Working with Irèni Stamou during my stay in Costa Rica was a privilege. Her classes were amazing, and the bodywork she does is truly transformative. She is incredibly perceptive and intuitive, and in our first session, she completely changed my lower back. I wish she lived in New York so I could see her more often."

"I started seeing Irèni when I struggled with COPD and depression. Her therapeutic bodywork and yoga have transformed me physically, emotionally and spiritually. It has given me the tools I can incorporate into my daily life, and return to my centre. Her kind and supportive methods allow anyone to benefit from this type of one -on -one practice - no yoga experience necessary!
